I placed my order 1-2 days ago and haven't received a confirmation
All orders are usually shipped within 1-4 days period depending on the number of orders we receive. Please allow maximum shipping time for your order to be shipped.
When will my order be delivered?
You can track your order using the tracking code you received in a shipping email. Please allow 2 weeks for your order to be delivered. Usually, it arrives faster. We ship worldwide and hustle hard to deliver your products as fast as possible! Sometimes there might be an unexpected delay caused by the postal service provider but no worries, the items you ordered will be with you soon!
I ordered multiple items but received only one, where is everything else?
All products that you ordered might ship from different facilities and arrive at a different time. Please allow the maximum delivery time for the rest of the products to arrive. If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, get in touch with support and we’ll help you out.
Where is my order?
You’ll be able to follow your parcel’s progress by clicking the ‘View Order’ button in your shipping confirmation email. There is a tracking number next to a product you ordered, you can use this number to track your parcel. If you still haven’t received your order after the delivery estimate, get in touch with support and we’ll help you out.
My order status is fulfilled, does that mean it should have been delivered?
Status 'fulfilled' simply means your order has been packed by our warehouse team and it's currently on the way to you. You will receive a shipping confirmation shortly after detailing your tracking information.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
Outside of the United States, it may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees, that are paid by the Customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
